A new “Messages” item has been added under “Permission Settings” for staff users! You can now flexibly configure permissions such as hiding messages from guests or allowing view-only access without reply rights.
This feature is available with the “AirHost ONE HMS (Premium Plan).”

Restricting Staff Access (Permission Settings)

Previously, there was no notification for cancellations processed by the user in AirHost PMS. Now, a “User Cancellation” notification has been added! When enabled, it notifies you whenever a reservation is cancelled by another user.
To receive notifications, you need to configure the settings. Please refer to the help page for details.

In the “Profit & Loss Report (Inherited)”, the display positions for key statistics like total revenue and ADR have been moved! By showing them at the top of the report, readability has been greatly improved. ✨

The “Logs” feature, which allows you to review update histories for bookings, rates, and channels, has been upgraded. Past logs are now displayed side-by-side for easier comparison and visibility. ✨
